consent) you may join the COTM.
You will need a valid credit card (your credit card will be
automatically billed once a month for your membership. You
can cancel at any time by providing 30 days notice to the
company).
You must be a resident of the USA, Canada, Australia, or have
a valid FPO/APO address. More countries are being added
all the time - so if yours is not listed - contact me and I will
